INTERNSHIPS

The Internship Department establishes and maintains ties with the venues (hotels/restaurants/commissaries/country clubs and resorts/agencies for internship training abroad), to give our students the opportunity to translate their in house training to the real kitchen setting. We ensure placement of the students as they hone their knowledge and skills or train to be responsible and capable professionals, as they comply with the rules of internship by the venues and the school. 

Our goal is to help our students become successful chefs while keeping the good image of our school, both locally and internationally.
