Making & Breaking Bread

Breaking bread at Global Academy involves sharing of each other’s skills. At the recent Bread Workshop for Culinary Chefs, the Academy’s culinary chef instructors were taught how to make Focaccia, Potato Rolls, and Baguettini by their colleagues from the baking faculty.
The instructors turned students-for-a-day returned the favor by their intensity of focus and determination, with utmost respect and recognition of the expertise of their instructors.
The results were delicious successes.
