Table Thirty Three
Whenever a Cuisine Moderne (CM) restaurant simulation takes place at Global Academy, expect to taste and experience the products of modern culinary techniques interpreted passionately by students trained by Global Academy’s world-class Chef Instructors. CM Batch 33 continued this tradition with Table Thirty Three.
The class, under Chef Instructor Joi So, comprises 15 students. They worked like a well-oiled team and put their Global Academy training to good practice. Most notably, their effective teamwork rose above a curve ball - one of them was a foreign national and spoke very little English. The team emerged admirable in discipline, coordination, and talent. The Table Thirty Threes were filled with satisfied guests, mostly comprising proud family members.
