INGREDIENTS:
Milk, 3 cups and more for dipping mug
Cocoa powder, ¼ cup
Chocolate syrup, 2 tablespoons and more for garnish
White sugar, 4 tablespoons
Salt, to taste
Graham crackers, for garnished crushed
Marshmallows, for garnish
PROCEDURE:
- Scald milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add cocoa powder,
- chocolate syrup,
- sugar,
- salt ,
- and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Dip rim of mug in milk
- then dip in graham cracker crumbs until well lined
- Pour in hot chocolate
- and top with marshmallows each.
- Torch the marshmallows till brown.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
