Restaurant Simulation
A lot of our students look forward to having their restaurant simulations for their culminating activity because they get to conceptualize their menu, theme and design of their service for a week. It can be nerve wracking and tiring as they simulate working in the kitchen for long hours for a few days.
Last week Chef Ram and his students had their simulation in our Makati branch that they entitled Fraiche. Congratulations Batch 50 on a job well done and for finishing strong as you guys have said!
