Solejon shares on how she started as a student with Global Academy, her experiences in becoming a Silver medalist in the PCC 2014, an intern in one of the top Hotels, Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, USA, and becoming the Chef of the Year in PCC 2016. She is now currently working as a Chef De Partie in Bathers Pavillion in Sydney, Australia.
