Here's a Flashback Friday post to remind us of last year's victory!
It's Flashback Friday!
Here's our Grit, Guts and Glory video of the Philippine Culinary Cup last 2017 wherein we were able to win the Overall Championship title for the 3rd time. This was a very big feat because no other school or institution has been able to achieve this.
This was also a memorable win for us because we won 15 categories with our students. The team competitions we also joined were a combination of our students and chef instructors. This was also the year that our very own Chef Gerhard Oscar Gendrano
won the Chef of the Year award. This was also the year that our Pastry team proved that they were a force to be reckoned with.
We came home not only with medals but also with memories that we will forever cherish as our whole school (all 4 branches) banded together to help each one succeed.
