Behind the scenes of the successful Duello restaurant simulation was a small army of skilled men and women. Students, closely supervised by Chef Ching Yoingco and Chef Cho Marcelino, performed individual tasks with full concentration, putting into practice their learned disciplines.

This part of the restaurant simulation immerses the students into the reality of working in a restaurant – what goes on in the making of success and the efforts made for the sake of customer satisfaction.
