DEKA: Restaurant Simulation DPCA Batch-67 with Chef Jeremiah Go

Another true-to-life simulation of restaurant kitchen and front-of-the-house operations was successfully concluded at Global Academy Alabang! Batch 68 of the Diploma in Culinary, Baking, and Pastry Arts course put individual and team skills and efforts into spectacular play.
“The hardest part of the simulation”, Chef Jeremiah Go says, “was how to work around the menu with very limited budget – there were only ten (10) students in this class. This was a challenge.” The operations and results as evidenced in the picture roster however, revealed how Chef Jeremiah and his students worked around this parameter. “The class was able to grow while working together. We even had students who are from the culinary industry but have had no previous formal culinary education. Their experience was an advantage though, as they were able to guide and lead their classmates to their memorable performances.”
