COLOURS: The Global Academy International Cuisines Fair at Global Academy Alabang Branch
The hues of delicious - a burst of great flavours, a diversity of taste experiences! Batch-5 students of Global Academy’s International Cuisine course led by Chef Ching Yoingco and Chef Ram Santiago interpreted this culinary spectacle in their restaurant simulation entitled Colours.
Chef Cho Marcelino capped the experience with equally-exciting and exquisite desserts, too! “It was most challenging making sure that the students created a selection of desserts that were not monogustatory inspite of being monochromatic,” shares Chef Cho. Chef Ching shares, “Students emerged more confident (after the simulation). Since each student had his or her own station, they were tasked to plate and present the dishes to the guest.”
