Today, aside from facilitating course curriculums and providing assistance to the Program and Faculty Director, Chef Joi ensures the proper implementation of ServSafe across all Global Academy branches. “I am continuously learning new technologies so I may achieve my fulfillments in life - to take effective part in helping my students become excellent chefs and entrepreneurs.”, she declares.
