In 2011, when Jacqueline Monteverde and Cheenee de Jesus were
Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts (DPCA) students, they won the only gold medal given to the Young Chefs Category. Earlier in the same year, they won Gold medals in the equally prestigious, WACS-Certified Hofex in Hongkong.
